feat. peafowl, fake history, and the unnamed harry potter author

hi,

it's a new day. and you may notice that there are some new changes to the newsletter. most importantly for me, but least importantly for you, i switched to a new email distributor. this is the beginning of some change while i figure this out.

in much more exciting news, we're set to hit 250 subscribers (with just two more people!). this is truly wild to me. but enough of this. here are some cool things:

- math content. but also productivity and life content. probably my favorite read this past month.

- i want a color -- any thoughts?

- who knew this could have such a storied history

- crazy how harry potter never had an author

- i'm halfway through the book eggers talks about here -- but fascinating to see what it book banning looks like from the very authors movements are trying to remove from education

- *insert jewish joke here*

- this is a reminder that social media exists outside of the us -- and can be just as bad

- companies do bad things, pt. ten thousand

- i should go back and review my notes from my russian history class

- i've seen a lot on gas giants from a political lens, but worth reading to see how the business actually works

- the videos. in the article. have been taken down. by copyright. by who else but disney.

- finite money, infinite problems

- but still a cause that needs help

- peafowl

- have fun with this one

that's it for today. if you think someone else would find this useful, please forward this along and share with a friend. They can sign up at this link.

i'm excited that this is growing. maybe ill start doing it daily (one article a day?), but that seems like a lot of emails. let me know what you think.
